Janjariya, a kosher meat chef restaurant located in the boutique “Hotel Ramban” by the Machneyuda Group, is set in a historic preservation building that bridges Jerusalem’s past and present. The name, meaning “fertile lands ” reflects the orchards and vineyards that once covered Rehavia before it became a modern Jewish neighborhood. Led by chefs Uri Navon and Assaf Granit, Janjariya is the group’s first kosher meat restaurant, combining bold and innovative culinary language with authentic Jerusalem flavors.
The open kitchen, vibrant dishes, warm hospitality, and unique design create a seamless blend of tradition and modernity, offering diners a complete and unforgettable experience.
